Andrew (Andy) Rodgers joined the team at Frontier Impact Group in October 2021 and holds the role of Director, Sustainable Development.
Andy has held senior leadership roles including Chief Executive Officer and Executive General Manager in organisations ranging from small not for profits, through to a large corporate listed on the ASX. A serial entrepreneur, Andy has also established and operated a number of his own companies.
After starting his career in the New Zealand agricultural industry, Andy has progressed through a number of industry sectors including commercial forestry, environmental services, quality assurance, safety, training & education and more recently biomass development & procurement and large-scale decarbonisation strategy.
This progressive career growth and broad spread of industries has resulted in Andy building an extensive and complementary suite of knowledge and skills that are well suited to the FIG business.
Andy holds a number of tertiary qualifications, including business, human resource management and adult education with the capstone being a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Curtin Graduate School of Business in Perth, Western Australia.
Outside of ‘doing good things for the world’ with FIG, Andy enjoys spending time with his family in the outdoors, camping, surfing and trail running.
